Redemption is the action of saving or being saved from sin or bondage.
The Soul refers to the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being, which contains their emotions, thoughts, intellect and actions.
When man sinned at the being the devil got the power to capture people’s souls and afflict them as he willed but when Jesus offered himself as a living sacrifice, there appeared to be hope for redemption of humanity.
Mark 8:35-37, For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
There is nothing we can do on earth that can save one’s soul. Those in shrines think they are doing what saves their lives, yet it takes away their lives.
When you become saved, you become dead to the world. You are rejected by the world because the world considers other things as their salvation and not Jesus.
The promise of possessions, fulfilment of their desires has driven so many people into service of the devil, yet life & salvation are not in possessions or people but only in Jesus Christ.
If you want to discover the one you love but had lost, there are things you must remove from your life for example anger. In salvation, there are things you must let go from your life.
The devil has blinded so many people and given them the desire for possessions that cannot save their lives. Possessions without Jesus bring destruction.
God knows the value of your soul, but it is unfortunate that the soul bearer knows not its value.
When God blesses you but what you do with the blessing and how you handle it is entirely up to you. For you to be able to become a blessing even in the physical you need to return to God who gave you that blessing. (Genesis 1:27-28)
Mathew 10:27-28, “Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Though the devil can chain the soul of man, he doesn’t have the authority to kill it. He has no right to decide who goes to heaven or hell.
Let us not be deceived by the devil that he has authority over us.
After the devil captures s person’s soul, he makes them live under curses, causing them to hate the spiritual things of God which can redeem their lives and they put all their focus on the physical things.
When we get saved, our souls are redeemed from the hands of the enemy.
Revelation 1:17-18, And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
Let us cry out to God so He can help us understand who we are and that possessions are not our salvation.
